Erika Terraroli, LPCC
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or in need of support during a difficult time? You're not alone. Many people find themselves facing moments when they need a safe, compassionate space to unwind, process stress, or gain clarity about their future. Whether you're navigating uncertainty or simply seeking a supportive ear, it's okay to ask for help-and you deserve to be heard.
My name is Erika, and I am a compassionate, present therapist dedicated to helping people like you find balance and healing. I combine various therapeutic approaches, with a special focus on somatic therapy, which helps you tune into your body's signals and release stress that words alone cannot express. I became a therapist because I deeply care about helping people reconnect with themselves, especially during challenging times when it feels like everything is out of control.
I understand how overwhelming life's difficulties can feel, and I want you to know that your feelings are valid. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, find relief, and build resilience. Together, we'll work to uncover your strengths and develop tools that empower you to move forward with confidence.
If you're ready to take a step toward healing and give yourself the care you deserve, I invite you to reach out today. There is hope, and support is available-you don't have to face this alone.
Erika Terraroli completed most of her academic training in Italy and earned her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver. Erika guides clients to explore trauma through bodily awareness and movement, helping them access healing not only through words but through the wisdom of the body.
Drawing from both her personal and professional experience, Erika brings a profound sense of empathy, presence, and insight into her practice. She is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and collaborative space where clients can reconnect with themselves and move toward greater wholeness and resilience.
