Ariana Van Anne, LPCC
As a therapist, I believe it's an honor to walk alongside you through every mountain and valley of being human. You aren't meant to do this life alone, and I'm here to create a space where you can unmask and learn more about your authentic self.
I tailor my trauma-informed therapeutic process to the uniqueness of your personal journey and goals, as I believe you deserve to be deeply known and met exactly where you are. I believe trauma lives in the body, and my somatic approach can help you work through stored emotions from the past. By creating a deeper connection between mind and body, we can develop a fuller and more aligned picture of who you are and who you are becoming. Whether that's through EMDR, breathwork, mindfulness tools, authentic movement, or somatic tools that we'll explore together - I'll help you reconnect to your body in a safe container. I also specialize in parts work, using concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to get to know every part of you, and allow each part to feel seen and heard as they desire. By building self-awareness and self-compassion, my holistic orientation focuses on your mind, body, spirit, and heart. You deserve to feel fully alive and find purpose in this life, and we will collaborate together to find nervous system regulation tools that work for you.
I find incredible value in our therapeutic relationship, and I know it takes courage to seek out support- I'm so glad you're here. I am a LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence affirming therapist, all are welcome here. I also love working with couples and am informed in non-traditional relationship structures and non-monogamy. I offer a nonjudgmental, accepting, loving space as a therapist, and I believe we can work together toward your most empowered and fulfilled being. I'm so excited to get to know you and witness the process of you getting to deeply know yourself.
