Kaley Kauff, Intern
Hi, I’m Kaley—I'm really glad you’re here.
Whatever brought you here—it matters. And you don’t have to sort through it alone.
Therapy, as I see it, is less about “fixing” and more about getting curious about how you feel, what you need, and what it might be like to move through life with more ease and self-trust. Sometimes it’s deep and reflective. Sometimes it’s messy and surprising. Sometimes we laugh–because play can be the thing that helps new insights take root in our lives. There's space for all of it.
In session, we will attend not only to your thoughts but also to the sensations, emotions, and inner parts that have long sought expression. Together, we’ll identify limiting patterns and beliefs while uncovering the resilience, strength, and authentic self that resides within you.
I bring a background in Kinesiology (Exercise and Sports Science), Holistic Health Coaching, and training in approaches like somatic therapy, mindfulness, Gestalt (present centered therapy), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). But more than anything, I bring presence, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping you unlock your inner world.
Outside the therapy room, I’m someone who comes alive near water, in music, movement, and in those spontaneous, laughter-filled moments that remind us we’re human. I carry that same sense of aliveness into the space we share in therapy.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and curious about what that feels like, I’d be honored to support you on that path.
